Image Use
All images are provided for personal use only, under no circumstances should they be used otherwise without prior consent. If you are unsure whats constitutes as personal use, please ask.
Upload Time
I aim to upload images as soon as possible following a shoot. For public shoots, this will generally be within 1-3 days of the images being captured. If you're still waiting for your images, please get in touch via email or instagram DM.
How do i know where you are?
This really depends on where I am. where possible I will leave something at the trail head to advise of where I am, some places don't allow this. Check out the Instagram for updates @spencer.tom66
Why are there no photos of me?
If I am shooting a private shoot, I will not shoot public photos at the same time.
If i am shooting publically, and there are no images of yourself, I apologise, I often leave a trail with 1200+ images, of these around 300 will make the cut for final edit. Of these, I will often upload between 100-200 to the website. This is to avoid duplicate frames that are nearly identical. Sometimes, as with everything, I will make a mistake, photos may be out of focus, or incorrectly exposed and unsavable, on these occasions I will not upload these photos.
If you're constantly riding in a train with your mates, try and leave enough space to enable photos to be taken (If you want them!) often people ride so close I am unable to capture everyone without ruining frames.
Didn't you do this for free before?
I did, and to be honest, i'd love to be able to continue. However this model doesn't really help me! As with everything, photography takes time to get good at, I am nowhere near the best, but feel I am at a point where I can now charge for my images. A portion of all money made will be donated directly back into trail funds to provide you, the rider, with bigger, better and more accessible trails in the future. The rest of the money will be used to support my passion, through travel, new equipment and providing a better service to my clients.
I like your street photos, can I buy them?
Of course you can, all images uploaded to the website are available for purchase as downloads. For information of commisioning, or different types of product available (Canvas / Prints etc) please get in touch.
